Delia Edwards-Holmes is the Human Resource Manager for Neighborhood Housing Services of New York, Inc. and joined the organization in early 2016. Ms. Edwards-Holmes is a Human Resources professional with experience in the full spectrum of HR services. As the HR Manager at NHSNYC, she has focused on all HR disciplines including Employee Relations, Benefits Coordination, Human Capital Management, and Payroll Coordination.
Prior to entering the not-for-profit field, Ms. Edwards-Holmes spent over ten years as a Human Resources Director in the private sector working at Tritium Card Services, Inc. During her time with Tritium, Ms. Edwards-Holmes managed benefits, onboarding, training, payroll, recruiting, and compliance with all labor laws and regulations. In addition, she was responsible for Licensing Compliance in all states where Tritium Card Services was licensed to work. Ms. Edwards-Holmes completed her undergraduate studies at Bernard M. Baruch College where she received her Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration in Human Resources Management.
