Sunday, June 13th [1:00-4:00pm] NHS Community Development Corp. is hosting an open house for the following buildings in Brownsville and East New York, Brooklyn. 663 Blake Avenue, Brooklyn (Near Pennsylvania Ave.) These buildings were"gut" renovated under New York City HPD’s StoreWorks program and feature all new roof, kitchens, bathrooms, windows, plumbing, heating, electrical, energy star appliances, and hardwood flooring. The storefronts are primed and sheetrocked with 1-2 apartments above (varies by building). The StoreWorks program requires that buyers live in or operate a business in the building.
