Sunday, April 11, 1:00-4:00pm (Rain or Shine) NHS CDC invites homebuyers, small business owners and entrepreneurs to view 7 newly renovated mixed use buildings for sale in the Ocean Hill/Brownsville area of Brooklyn. NHS staff will be on hand to answer questions, hand out applications, and discuss the NSP Downpayment Assistance program which provides up to $200,000 towards the purchase of a StoreWorks building. Income and occupancy restrictions apply. The NSP Downpayment Assistance Program was made possible with funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP). These funds were awarded to NHS CDC by the New York State Housing Finance Agency and applications are now available on the NHS Homes for Sale webpage.
