News & Events Course Schedule Details - Home Maintenance Training Orientation
Free introductory orientation for homeowners, renters and landlords interested in enrolling in our Home Maintenance Training Course. Registration for the Fall 2010 session of HMT is possible if openings permit.
The comprehensive 10 week course is designed to provide hands-on training in most aspects of home repair and maintenance including:
* Basic Carpentry, Plumbing & Electrical
* Flooring, Tile & Wall Finishes
* Exterior Repairs and Waterproofing
* How to Select and Manage Contractors
* An Energy Efficiency Approach to Home Maintenance
Orientation is Free
