NHS Homes For Sale

NHS creates new homeownership opportunities through “gut rehabilitation” and new construction of 1-4 family residential and mixed use buildings. Since 1993, NHS has partnered with the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) to rehabilitate over 400 buildings primarily in Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx. NHS Homes are sold to qualified buyers either through lotteries or open marketing. NHS currently has mixed-use buildings and several condominium apartments available for sale.
