citizens, 62 years old or older, who own
a one- to four-family home or a HUD-approved
condominium.
With a reverse mortgage, you can turn
the value of your home into cash without
having to move or repay a loan each
month. When you move or die, the loan is
paid back from the proceeds of the sale
of the home.
