NHS creates new homeownership
opportunities through “gut
rehabilitation” and new construction of
1-4 family residential and mixed use
buildings. Since 1993, NHS has partnered
with the New York City Department of
Housing Preservation and Development (HPD)
to rehabilitate over 400 buildings
primarily in Brooklyn, Queens, and the
Bronx. During this time NHS participated
in the HomeWorks, Neighborhood Homes,
StoreWorks, New Foundations and other
New York City housing programs. (To

Homes are sold to qualified buyers in

registered, express or overnight mail
will be accepted) to the Post Office Box
indicated on the application and must be
postmarked no later than February 7,
2009. All applications postmarked
after the deadline will be set aside for
possible future consideration.
Applicants and/or co-applicants who
submit more than one application will be
disqualified. BUYERS MUST OCCUPY
THE UNIT AS THEIR PRIMARY RESIDENCE.
